Technically, the name of this pool and waterfall at Linden, is just simply "Paradise", it is more commonly known as Paradise Pool, was originally called Waratah Falls.

This is a stunning wild swimming hole with a very easy walk to it now that National Parks have put in many steps, improved the track and put in a new bridge. Now, from the new carpark on Railway Parade (11 spaces), it took me 25 minutes to walk in and that was with time to stop and take photos. I personally consider this a very easy walk, yes, plenty of steps, but average fitness will have no issues.

It does get very crowded in the summer months, so, go mid-week or early in the morning.

A stunning cascade falls over an escarpment into a large, deep, safe swimming hole, a big sandy beach on the other side from the fall allows for easy, gradually sloping access into the water. You can even swim over to the base of the falls and stand under the falls, can get slippery though.
