Victor Falls are located on Terrace Falls Creek and are above Terrace Falls by approx 300mtrs, a well built track will take you to the base of these falls where you can enjoy the falls themselves, and the local population of mossies who love to hide in the shade waiting for you to serve lunch. But don't put you off visiting!

There is a pool at the base of these falls, but not very deep when I visited (knee height or above in places), so you could plonk yourself down in it and cool off if you so desired.

Named after a local - Victor Frederick Cecil Levitt and the track was officially opened in April 1916, previously the falls were named Woodford Falls.

To get to these falls now that the fire trails have been closed to vehicle traffic takes a bit of walking with some nice hills so they do not get as many visitors as they used to in years gone by. You can either park at the end of Terrace Falls Rd Hazelbrook, or, where the old fire trail comes out onto Heron Place / Valley Rd Hazelbrook. Either way, you are going to be walking a bit of distance, with hills and not much shade on the open fire trails. But, if you also visit Terrace Falls as part of your walk, so worth it. Suitable for children, but keep in mind those hills and the distance.

The day I visited, by ther time I got here and Terrace Falls, it was just after midday and not ideal for photography, the sky was very bright overhead. I will revisit with more water flowing and a better sky for more pics.
